We offer international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, including but not limited to the United States, Canada, European Union member states, Australia, Japan, and Southeast Asian countries. Due to customs regulations and logistics restrictions, we temporarily do not ship to regions with unstable logistics conditions or strict import bans on edible spices. If you are unsure whether your location is serviceable, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

All in-stock spices are processed within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed and payment is received. For bulk orders (over 100kg) or customized spice blends, processing time may extend to 3-5 business days as we ensure careful packaging and quality inspection to maintain freshness. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays, and processing will resume on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable international logistics providers to offer two main shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, seasonal demand, or unforeseen circumstances.

 Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 7-25 business days (varies by region; 7-17 days for EU/US/Canada, 15-25 days for Asia-Pacific and other regions)
        
- Tracking: Available. A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the order is shipped.
      

 Expedited Shipping:
        
- Delivery Time: 3-10 business days for most major regions
        
- Tracking: Real-time tracking available for the entire shipping process.
        
- Note: Expedited shipping is not available for remote areas; our system will automatically prompt alternative options during checkout.
      

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order, destination, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders:

 Free Standard Shipping for orders over $40 (US/Canada/EU)

 Free Standard Shipping for orders over $80 (Asia-Pacific regions)

For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees will be automatically calculated at checkout. You can view the exact fee before confirming your payment.

5. Customs & Duties

As an international shipper, we are not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country/region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the customs authority or logistics provider upon delivery.
    
To facilitate smooth customs clearance, we will provide all necessary documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and phytosanitary certificates (if required). For EU countries, our organic spices comply with EU organic certification standards. Please note that customs regulations vary by region; we recommend checking your local customs requirements for edible spice imports before ordering.

6. Packaging & Freshness

To lock in the rich aroma, distinct flavor and lasting freshness of our spices, we utilize premium hermetically sealed, moisture-resistant packaging with enhanced barrier linings. For bulk orders, we adopt food-safe packaging solutions with professional secure sealing, effectively preventing leakage and contamination throughout the entire transit process. Additional protective cushioning is also incorporated into the packaging to ensure its structural integrity and avoid damage during shipping.

7. Order Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's status. You can also track your order by logging into your account on spicesmfr.com and navigating to the "Order History" section. If there is any delay in delivery, please contact us with your order number, and we will assist in investigating the issue with the logistics provider.

8. Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs rejection, we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees apply) or request a refund (excluding the original shipping fee). We reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed parcels after 30 days of notification if no response is received.

9. Restrictions & Notes

 Some courier companies may have restrictions on shipping certain spices; we will select the most suitable logistics provider based on your order and destination.

 Spices containing fruit, vegetable leaves, or seeds may be subject to stricter import regulations in some countries (e.g., the United States); please confirm local rules beforehand.

 Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, harvest periods) due to increased logistics volume.
